Custom Solutions for Flooring Businesses

Software Built Around Your Flooring Business.

Custom apps, AI tools, automations, and operational systems — built specifically for flooring retailers, dealers, contractors, installers, and commercial flooring companies. Not a generic dev shop learning your industry on your dime.

Not sure exactly what you need? That's normal — tell me what's frustrating you and we'll figure it out together.

Flooring Experience First

Flooring Experience First. Software Second.

You won't need to teach a generic developer how your business works. Before we talk software, this already makes sense:

What a measure actually involves

How the sales-to-production handoff works — and where it breaks down

Why installer scheduling is harder than it looks from the office

How jobsite changes really happen, and why change orders get missed

Why field communication turns messy without the right information in hand

How callbacks and go-backs quietly eat into a job that looked profitable

Why margin visibility matters more than a finished-job total

Who's Behind This

Built by Someone Who Understands Flooring

Garrett Green, founder of FloorStrategy

Garrett Green

Founder, FloorStrategy

I didn't start out as a software developer. I came up on the flooring side — sales, project management, production and operations, coordinating installers, writing estimates, fielding customer issues, building schedules, and keeping jobs moving day to day.

I know what it's like when a bid takes too long, when an installer shows up without the right information, or when a customer calls asking for an update nobody in the office can answer without digging through three different places.

That's also why I started building software in the first place. The tools available for flooring businesses either didn't exist for the specific problem I was dealing with, or they were built for some other trade and never quite fit. So I learned to build the tools myself.

When you tell me about a problem in your business, you won't need to explain what a measure is, why installer scheduling is harder than it looks, how change orders actually happen in the field, or why job costing after the fact is too late. I've been on that side of it — that's the starting point, not something I have to learn from scratch on your dime.

This Isn't Theoretical

This Isn't Theoretical — FloorStrategy Is Live

FloorStrategy started the same way — by identifying real problems in day-to-day flooring operations and building software around them, not the other way around. It's not a mockup or a pitch deck. It's live software built for flooring businesses, and it's the clearest example of what this service can produce.

AI Blueprint Reader

Reads a flooring blueprint PDF and extracts room dimensions and finish notes automatically, instead of a manual takeoff.

Bid & Estimating Tools

Quick Bid and the Price List Manager turn a room list and current material costs into a professional, margin-aware bid.

Job Pipeline & Change Orders

Every job tracked from bid to final payment on a visual pipeline, with scope changes documented and priced instead of absorbed for free.

Installer Scheduling & Scorecard

A crew calendar plus a scorecard for tracking installer performance across every job, not just the one in front of you.

Client Portal

A private link where clients check their project status and documents themselves, instead of calling the office.

Go-Back & Warranty Tracking

Warranty claims and go-backs logged, assigned, and tracked through to resolution instead of living in someone's inbox.

None of this existed as a finished idea on day one. It came from watching where flooring jobs actually break down, and building the piece that fixed it.

How It Works

Three Steps. No Agency Runaround.

1

We Look at the Workflow

Understand where time is lost, where information breaks down, or where mistakes happen. You don't need a technical spec — a few sentences about what's frustrating you is plenty to start.

2

I Scope the Right Tool

Identify the smallest practical solution instead of forcing unnecessary software — whether that's a custom app, automation, AI, or something simpler. You'll get a proposed solution, scope, and quote.

3

We Build Around Your Business

The system is designed around the way your company actually operates, not the other way around. Every project is scoped and quoted individually — no fixed price list, because no two flooring businesses run the same way.
