What data we collect
When you join our waitlist or create an account, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your store or company name, city, and state (if provided)
- Account credentials (email and password, stored securely)
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the app
- Basic device and browser information for debugging and performance purposes
We do not collect payment information directly. If payments are added in the future, they will be handled by a third-party payment processor.
How we use your data
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the FloorStrategy platform
- Communicate with you about your account, product updates, and early access invites
- Respond to your questions or support requests
- Understand how the product is being used to make it better
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your data is restricted to authenticated users and our internal team. We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at garrett@floorstrategy.com.
Third-party services
FloorStrategy uses the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
- OpenAI — AI-powered blueprint analysis features
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — application hosting and deployment
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary with each provider to perform the service.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of non-essential communications at any time
