By accessing or using FloorStrategy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of service

FloorStrategy is a business management platform designed for flooring contractors and retailers. The Service includes tools for estimating, job tracking, material ordering, installer scheduling, client communication, and related business operations. The Service is currently in early access and features may change.

3. User responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Ensure any data you upload or enter does not infringe on third-party rights
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You retain ownership of any data and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Limitation of liability

FloorStrategy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloorStrategy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting us at garrett@floorstrategy.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
